Focus points should be 273 in view finder only 51 points & at list 30 Mp Or 36 Mp sensor of d810 this 2 things are missing in this dslr

Focus Points only 51 in view finder it will not cover in the corners 90% time we shoot form viewfinder only. 273 Focus points is missing in viewfinder drawback of this dslr

Never buy this camera before you read next ! I bought it and very dissapointed!
It is crappy camera absolutely unusable for wedding , promo clips and especially vlogging video shooting – it is not provide you to enable HDMI output with overlay – only clean video.
So you can’t watch info on LCD( it’s too dark) at outdoors – what is aperture , are you in focus, is it recording and how much time rmaining.. if you try to connect good bright external monitor – it will not help – there you will see only clean video.
I wrote to the nikon about it and they answered that they will not make any firmware update and will not give to a user an opportunity to choose HDMI mode ( clean or overlayed)
Also they reommended me to buy their “camera control pro2″ software for 179$ and attach to my rig a laptop …so i can see all necessary info. As i understand the same issue is present on z6 and z7 .
I downloaded trial” camera control pro-freaking-crappy2″ software..to see what the hell is there …. I am shocked – record indicator and remeining time are small as ant’s ass. But the main candy – live view framerate 3-5 fps + lag about 3-5 sec.

Once again dickheadmarketers killed almost perfect product.

I am planning to return this crappy camera to store and switch back to canon , sony or fuji.

What do you think about this crap ?

Use the Z models, but still love the feel of the DSLR bodies. My D700 is still going strong along with my D80 which is for a little fun. But have been looking at getting the D780 this year if things go to plan, will go along nicely with my Z6.

People don’t understand this camera not meant to be for the beginners
It’s for people that still holding on a D750/ d600 that don’t want to move to on to mirroless just yet

firmware updates would be nice we havent had anything that changes anything for this body.. seems nikon made a great camera then forgot about it..shame on you for makeing all the money to forget about.
