i know that apple is really late to the lock screen personalization but is it me or does it seem way more polished than any other android lock screen today?

PSA 1: The depth effect in your wallpaper doesn’t have to be on a portrait or blurred photo.
On the Beta 1, I can get a wallpaper of an anime girl to be in front of the time. Of course, this is very buggy on the first iteration so not all images will be treated equal.

PSA 2: The depth effect is removed when widgets are added.

if they actually did made iPad get MacOS instead of iPadOS, the iPad sales would skyrocketted, every student and teacher in the world would have wanted one, and iPad would have matured more than it’s current look..

a 1,300-1,400$ device work as iphone and Mac, with a stylus and keybord+mouse GOD DAMN 😘🤌

I welcome those little things, especially live notifications and the iphone webcam situation. It would be cool, if there was actually wireless charger in this spot on macbooks 😁

Phone for phone calls. Texts. Email. WhatsApp. Signal. Heart rate monitor app. Sports watch app. Maps. GPS. Camera for quick simple pictures. Nothing else needed on a phone. Didn’t understand more than a few words of this

Regarding CarPlay and/or AndroidAuto taking over control on car functionality is a bit tricky. There is a lot to do with burocracy, safety and responsibility. So just for example, if your car shows the wrong speed and you get fined who’s responsible (car manufacturer or sw manufacturer?). The same is true for all the other functionalities like light, automatic brakes and so on. There should be a place for standardization here but, knowing Apple philosophy, I really doubt we will see these system taking control over the car functionality.
