Only Apple can sell the same phone 3 times and call it a diiferent thing. The fact that they are using, what is pratically an iphone 8 which is now coming to it’s 5th year, and selling with with 64GB of storage at $400+ is outrageous. Sure you can argue that it has the latest cpu. But you are not really going to see its potential when you are using a tiny 60hz 4.7inch screen, with a battery that will drain like crazy when you use it intensively.

When it comes to software logevity, sure it will technically recieve iOS updates for several years, however the phones tiny battery is more likley to be worn before it stops being supported. Or a manufacter part which is near impossible to repair like the lightnight port will go before its time.

This phone is nothing but a money grab, but I am quiet confident that they will do the same thing two years from now anyway.

I guess the new generation of SE will be replaced with IPhone Mini and that’s will be a big jump once they will launch the new iPhone 14 lineup, will you agree with this statement?

This is the correct way to make budget phones, do not cheap out on processor, cheap out on the other stuff; camera, battery, display, etc.
A smooth experience is a top priority for me.

Apple screw you you’re failing the SE should be the 13 chassis it’s 2022. Apple stop trying to relive the past the days of the 6 and 6s are gone. They are obselete. Give us something new give us something special please stop slowing down innovation by hoarding all the money in consumer technology. I hate you for that and I hope your headset fails and your loyal fan base gives up on you for doing absolutely nothing. And putting a new chip in something doesn’t make it a new device. So yeah thanks for ruining the tech market and buying up every company that actually does anything cool.

I really do like the home button, but I’d be really curious to see an iPhone SE 4 in the body of the “outdated” iPhone X body.

Just a thought: why doesn’t apple use the body of an iPhone 8+ to be able to fit an ultrawide/telephoto camera? As an added bonus, that’ll increase battery life as well

I don’t think they use the super-powerful A15 for longevity. I think they use it because it’s cheaper than creating a dedicated CPU for this phone
