I really like the new iPhone SE. If I didn’t have an iPhone XR, I’d 100% buy one right away. Touch ID worked far better than Face ID, and an actual home button is nice

As somebody who still has a now very battery life damaged iPhone 8, this is appealing to me. Especially the inclusion of Touch ID, but come on with the battery man, do better

Why not use the XR body or the Iphone X body which has two camera cutout? They mass produced these models as well, surely they could’ve kept the same business model and offer a better overall phone.

Just upgraded from a 6s. For me the iPhone 11 at $499 made more sense than the SE. Bigger screen is easier on my aging eyes and longer battery life is important. Once I got the phone I also really like the wide angle camera.

I was a big android guy since the HTC Hero but eventually I needed iMessage so I decided to switch on your recommendation of the SE 2nd gen and I have enjoyed it ever since. Never looked back

i’m glad they’re offering a smaller, cheaper phone. i don’t work in an office and don’t use my phone much, just for calendar, youtube, and insta, and maps occasionally, so having a small, beater phone that fits in my pocket is great. otherwise i’d just end up buying used, which is fine, but having a faster chip at the same price point is helpful.

I still, really really like this phone. The problem is that this phone is still ridiculously expensive where I live. 6 years of updates would be awesome, but for the price of this phone you can buy 3 really good Andriod phones every 2 years.
It’s actually weird how stupidly expensive the iPhone Se is in some countries.
PS In dollar terms the 2020 iPhone Se costs about $650 where I live

The SE is perfectly fit for my grandmother! It’s def built to last, and fits in the palm nicely. Thankfully I got her the SE2 which has been quite a good choice now that I’ve seen the minor differences of the SE3
