I hate to be _that guy_ but what you’re saying about the mobile industry is still true. Most people can’t afford a foldable. So for the general consensus, the mobile world has _still_ plateaued, the days of crazy innovation is still well behind us. Modify this sentence, “Who cares if people fritted away part of their Friday for what is essentially the same phone with a better camera,” to end with, “because most people can’t afford it.” Foldables are more or as expensive than those new iPhones. If I’m not in line for the iPhone, I care even less about folding phones. They’re for the super rich and tech influencers. Until they innovate enough to be able to sell a folding phone at a reasonable price, the days of innovation are still over.

I never had to wait in line for the 13 Pro, I just showed up to the 5th Avenue store straight after work at 6 AM. I liked the much better battery life and 120hz display. The cameras were secondary (IBIS was interesting to me as I also have a Sony Alpha A7 II) and everything else was not even on my mind. So far I’m liking it far more than any Android phone I’ve had so far (still awaiting the Pixel 6 Pro to retire my Pixel 2 XL and the 5A can go to a family member).

i love your words “it’s not apple vs samsung” totally true tho. Its’s just mr.mobile opinions and people can buy any phones that they like. And because of this no needs to bash apple phones or samsung phones, man everyone has their own preferences! sorry just tired looking some fans bashing other phones that they didn’t like lol. And anyway it’s just my opinion and as always i really loves michael fisher review, so enjoyable to watch. just watch it and no need to insulting other people preferences lol

You know… when you have an apple watch ith iPhones nowadays, you don’t need to unlock your phone by face ID? the watch will unlock it as long as it is near to the phone 😛
