I rented an F-150 once and for whatever reason I felt really good driving it. Not sure why. If I could afford it I would buy it in a New York minute. Nice work Ford and nice video Marques.

It took only 15 years, but car manufacturers finally stopped shooting themselves in the foot by making ‘quirky’ and ‘futuristic’ EVs, and started making what people actually want: essentially the same as their ICE line up, but electric.

I live about 5 miles from the Ford Rouge plant. They have been test driving these trucks in the Dearborn/Detroit area for a long time. Happy they are finally out.

Ford always making nice trucks at the beginning but always getting hit with recalls. My dad was a huge Toyota truck fan, decided to get a F150 ecoboost, but got endless recall notification. End up selling the F150. I’m curious how this Lightning will last until it gets it’s recall notice.
