When my iPhone 6s finally dies, I’m going to get whatever the current iPhone is. Five years of updates and Apple seems to care about how the updates run on the older models. Plus Apple’s customer support is unmatched and there are a million and one places I can bring my phone for something small, like a screen replacement.

I like the general idea here, but Android does get short changed a little here. This is because it is being graded on a curve, where the iPhone represents itself. Whenever you assess something from the Android perspective in this comparison, you always have to be like “Samsung does this well, but [other phone] not so much”. This is not conducive to a fair comparison.

That being said, I know what you are trying to do here, and in broad generalities you make good points.

I understood that i live in a totally different world. For me root accessing the memory is super important. And usb-c is hugely important and… OTG capability. So no iphone for me. Iphones are a waste of money.
