Use the thermal cooler for smartphone, i saw a guy from Vietnamese PC Gaming group did that for a GT630 or GTX 650( he removed the fan and stick the thermal cooler on aluminium of the stock GPU cooler).

I see that straight up when you boot the pc up the GPU fan spins for me I have to turn on the fan in an app and theres an auto mode but the fan never spins on it’s own if you can tell me why does it do that please
