You should but a liquid cooling block on both cards and a triple fan radiator (360/420) the temps will be great and depending on the speed of the fans on the radiator (I would say 500 or lower) the card will be silent

doesnt change paste or tighten cooler down, probably wouldnt have gotten so hot if you at least changed the paste.

It also doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. My 1080 fans broke and I just strapped some notctua fans to it and it’s running better than ever. Probably not power efficient though
