I love CeraVe but I only the spf lotion and bed nighttime lotion…..for cleanser I’ve been using Black African Soap but like the liquid version. I used to use the Ole Henrisken eye cream because my sister had it and it looked cool, but then I realized that it had a few citrus ingredients in it, and my dermatologist actually told me that any eye creams that contain fragrance, citrus ingredients, or essential oils…don’t use, because the eyes are the most sensitive part of the face, and ingredients like that can cause sensitivity and irritation, so now for eye cream, I just use extra of my CeraVe night lotion. I also used to use fenugreek but in the powder form…..I heard somewhere online that it can help the 🍒 grow, and that’s my biggest insecurity….so I bought the powder to see if it would work….It didn’t, I felt really stupid for believing that, and the girls smelled like maple syrup for 3 days.

Evening after shower routine/SOTD: Organic coconut oil right after shower before drying, Eucerin lotion over that, then sprayed on cozy morning by BBW and fresh white musk by body fantasies🫧🤍 I always try to smell fresh and clean after a shower and I have sensitive skin so I can’t put heavily fragrant products on my skin (:

I cannot live without cerave and Cetaphil. The 2 best cleansers that work on my skin with no issues. I love it. I need to try that fenugreek. 🤗 i have been slacking on my supplements. Those goli ones look soo good. thank you for all your tips and advice. You are the best.
