my pc is from 2008, and most of its parts are kinda good, i think they were really powerful at the time, and it still runs good, tho graphix gard was changed. But still, its 14 years old like me and runs perfectly fine, with a good power for work, games, and other things!
Letting boards rubb up against each other unprotected will cause lots of issues. If you want some old boards I got boxes and boxes of them I’ll sell for cheap. Shipping would be out of this world tho

Mobo 5
Mobo 5
Oh I got to change to mobo 6
I get better ones from the dump.
Literally; I have built a working pc with about 1.5 tb of storage using parts from the dump.
Straighten the pins and clean them, they might work
You should build the best budget pc
Now make a whole pc out of that working one and put the best glue that works in it
The one without signal might have worked.
I have a serious question to ask you and you’re seemed an expert on this, What would happened if you add a Tiny, very Thin, Copper heatsink in between the built-in Heat sink and the thermal paste? would the temperature gets better, worse, or possibly a same? Thank you for your time and love your channel btw.
Day 2:Use forzen soda as thermal paste
Edit:I a big fan and I saving 2k to go to micro center to get my self a god tier gaming laptop
U ok you seen down I little ?
Use a razor to realign the pins
How did they manage to break the PGA socket…? Lol
Day 81 of asking to use solder paste as thermal paste..
Man, it’s almost like LGA sockets suck for longevity
Can anybody tell the song please? Thank you 😅
Usually you’re so full of energy. Are you ok?
What do you do with the ones that don’t work?
I have a socket A MSI motherboard from 2001 with an Athlon XP. Can’t get it to turn on though. Maybe it’s the PSU since it’s old and sat in an attic for 17 years
