The reason the author has confirmed is because while Anya does see Loid and Yor as her parents, she believes it’s a temporary family because when Loid’s spy mission is over they won’t need her anymore

Anya have been at the lab for so many times she developed differently than some kids besides her having powers, she is like this because scientists were the only once she was with in the lab forced her to study…or it might be just because shes younger than six (p.s this is only based of my opinion)

Imo , Anya’s character is sort of like a viewer who knows everything about what is going on , but people in the anime have no idea about it .thus the use of these terms is an amazing idea

I think if you framed the video as “why Anya speaks Japanese the way she does” instead of “incorrect”, then you’d have a lot less angry comments! It almost sounds like you’re implying the writers didn’t know what they’re doing, and are using Japanese “incorrectly”

From a writing standpoint maybe it’s a deliberate choice. Yor & Loid aren’t her real parents and the whole Forger Family is a deception. Anya uses those words so earnestly that it can be understood as adhering to the themes in the story “despite the family being fake they genuinely love each tower”. It could a deliberate choice by the authors & writers or I could just be looking too much into it
