I just finished watching Episode 12 of Cour 1 and I can’t wait for Cour 2. This and Urusei Yatsura are the series that I will be looking forward to watch on my birth month in October and it’s such a great treat.

This episode combined 2 bonus chapters of the manga.
Given that the next mission where the dog will make his entrance is gonna be a long one (possibly in 2 episodes), I guess the director didn’t want to interrupt the mid sseason break with a cliffhanger, which is understandable. Besides, these side chapters in the manga did happen before the dog, so it makes sense that they put them here.

And yes, I was surprised to see this episode was titled “finale” ! So many cool anime series have ended in just a single week, and I’m so sad. If you want some more delightful series to discover, you can definitely start My Dress Up Darling, and Ya Boy Kongming ! Spy Family is ssitll the king of this season, but these 2 are also up there in terms of quirkiness, creativity, and adorability.

There’s a trailer on the Spy-x website saying it returns in October.. so it’s going to be a long, loooong Anya-free summer!😭

I agree Magy, definitely a filler episode, but it still makes me extremely happy when this show lands every Saturday.😁
