Anya, European countries me ja k asian khaas tor p pakistanis ki skin bht kharab ho jaati hai because of uv radiations n aapki to acne prone skin hai. I have lived in New Zealand for 4 years n halanke im naturally blessed with good skin but phir b i faced similar issues like you n agr aap time p control na kren then it will spread more n more, mere bht family friends bnay jinka pura mun daano se bhar gya. Me generally hmesha se products k bjae totkay p believe krti hun so what i did was apply yogurt on washed face everyday, even 10 mints is enough but you can keep it for as long as you like, also its v soothing , then as soon as you wash your face immediately apply sunscreen on damp skin, make it a habit to wash ur face with cold water only. U can also rub an ice cube on ur face every day only for a minute. U must have noticed by now that natives eat a lot of cruciferous vegetables, i started eating raw cabbage everyday like a medicine though it was really hard to even swallow😂, it really really makes a difference n lastly u cannot afford to drink less water than atleast 2 litres daily. With lots of love! P. S. Use sp50+ sunscreen. In NZ, they actually guide you with such details in schools.

Anya i love love love watching your vlogs..i really miss them, because of you i have started watching all of your family member’s vlogs just to see k anya kahen nazar ajain..but these days you are away from everyone, so just have to relay on your ones, so please have mercy on us nd keep updating us..
