One thing to remember is she is still talking to someone who isn’t really her mother and father. Especially in these early episodes, so she might be confused and doing it by accident in regards to her “fake” parents.

I seem to remember that if 父 used it by someone of low age it was considered correct, at least that was explained to me in the Japanese classes, so maybe Anya using 父 is correct?
