I think Anya should take it up a notch and use chichiue and hahaue
Hahahahahahahahahhaha
I know Yuta speaks spanish, but I don’t think he will know what “chichi” means in spanish from Spain 😂
I’ve been studying Japanese for a while but I always got tripped up on this, not because of Spy Family but because in most languages, people (mostly children) address their parents or grandparents by using some easy-to-say phoneme and repeating it. For example: dada, mama, papa, nana etc. So, I thought for this reason it would be the same, but it’s in fact the opposite. Also, I love Shin-chan
I’d love to see a video on the Japanese Power from Chainsaw Man uses. Her speech style is really interesting and I’d like to hear a native speaker’s opinion on it.
Not gonna lie. In a way it is pretty awesome to see an anime influence Japanese culture down to a child level.
Is it like calling your mom “Mother”, and your dad “Father”?
I wouldnt call it ‘corrupt’, because, just like you said while i wrote this, language changes xD
Crazy I just looked up the words for family for a refresher TODAY and heard chi chi and ha ha for the first time. They don’t sound very respectful.
From my understanding “父” (ちち) is like the word “Father” in English and ”母” (はは)is like “Mother”. They are also polite ways to refer to your parents but people don’t usually call their parents by those words. Would you say this is correct?
That’s funny.
Did you hear that fellow weebs? We just need to wait for an anime really, really, really popular to talk like real Japanese people don’t actually speak xD
I’ve actually seen several anime where kids will call their parents chichi and haha. Mostly like super formal kids.
Nice haircut, Yuta
僕も(笑) ポケットモンスターの少年「サトシ」と、、、
I do find it cute that Anya is influencing how people actually talk.
Crayon shin Chan is based af.
I hope kids did the Shin-chan Butt Dance when it was first airing
Omg!🤣
Um, she’s not related to them. It’s ironic and it’s funny. Get the net.
