The Portuguese version is horrible, almost all the animes that launch in Brazil have to spoil them by putting new voice actors and who have a bad voice to dub great animes, it makes me ashamed to be Brazilian and calling it Brazilian dubbing, it makes me extremely angry and ashamed of my country because they don’t make an effort to do a job well done, they only pay people they find on the street to dubbing and so to say that the anime was dubbed, apart from the fact that Brazilians besides not knowing how to dub they have some shit in their heads that makes them not follow the script and create some parts of the script that they look like shit and it’s forced extremely horrible, they keep wanting to give that Brazilian tone to the anime but it ends up being a forced and boring crap that everyone hates

I’m sorry my friends, I just wanted to vent, I wanted to talk about how horrible the Brazilian dubbing is and the shit they have in their heads of refusing to call great voice actors and call people from the street to dub good anime and when a company would love to make an anime dubbed with respect, it won’t be able to because that crap has already been dubbed

The only language I didn’t really feel like it was english – felt like the VA did a bit too much on trying to be cute and childish. The other languages felt really fitting though! I feel as if the English one would’ve done better if they didn’t try to make the cuteness forced by dragging the words, since ending the words abruptly is the charm of Anya’s cuteness, and well, what makes Japanese sound fitting for a child’s charm. Straightforward and naive, without trying to sound cute, that’s how you sound cute naturally.
