I have bought one from Alibaba, and I received the bike with scratches and one of the pedals broken. The throttle is not working also. When I tried to reach back to Carl, the person who I was in contact with didn’t support me with nothing.He barely answered to my messages, once at couple of days, that’s why because they don’t care just took the money.I will never buy from Pxid anymore, bad experience and I don’t have trust anymore. I had to repair it by myself. On the other side the bike is poor quality also, battery it didn’t last at all, the maximum speed it was 20 km/h not 25 and every time when you use it on the third of fourth gear, the chain is making a really bad sound, feels like is touching something. Is not worth spending money like that

I bought this bike in a store in Lima Peru, they gave it to me calibrated, the brakes and the gear system were all OK, but I already baptized it with 2 falls, nothing pleasant, I was left with bruises, but my bike did not suffer any damage, it seems resistant, I managed to reach about 33.5 kilometers. I use from home to my work and vice versa between round trip it covers about 15 kilometers in total it lasts me 2 trips and one one way; using the accelerator as assistance when pedaling with this bicycle entering a hidden menu by pressing the monitor buttons (+ , -) “IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO READ THE DISPLAY AND PUBLISH IT VIA VIDEO, WOULD I BE APPRECIATED?” but I don’t know much about the reading of these 4 adjustment modes, I only know that one is from Kilometers to miles, that is Rigid, so when you drive on cracked ground you will feel the unevenness of the floor there, everything for that reason you will have to raise the rear in each unevenness From there, everything is fine. I like my Onebot s9 bike. I hope that the maintenance that the store will provide me will not be expensive.
