but also the lower the number the harder will it be to get a puncture, 60TPI is propably best dor rocky terrain but something like 120TPI will be more useful on trails with a lots of roots and so on
I thought it was tread per inch now that I’m saying that it sounds really dumb because no tyres are gonna have 120 treads per inch

60 TPI is tougher because the thread diameter is bigger.
some companies stack 60 tpi and say its 120 tpi

Higher TPI is lighter, much more maleable vs 60 TPI, but 60 TPI is tougher to punctures and cuts and such.
