Lets ask big daddy
It was a perfect landing
Aint no way! The level of precision… speechless
This guy was insane. Seeing the different ways he set their skate park up was straight mad!!!!
AND that’s why we never rode plastic pegs. I remember running some “lightweight” sleeved pegs in around ’07 but never fully trusted them like good ol steelies.
I’m really enjoying the shorts of Scotty riding
Ge would’ve been the next mirra if he didn’t get hurt kid had skills that just were unbelievable
I was just thinking about that clip yesterday 😅
you are sick scotty! Inspirational to bmx!
Damn…. I’ve bent axles doing less than that so I seriously want to know how you didn’t snap your pegs off.
Innovative shame he got hurt.
Nice that was cool
Can pegs snap off? I don’t ride, but if I did, and they could, I wouldn’t be trying that.
I always wonder if he remembers what doing this stuff felt like both physically and mentally or if it’s like watching someone else do it
it was those good old Tree hubs you rode
Landing almost perfectly on both pegs on the ramp takes alot of the pressure off of the collision between your pegs and the coping. You probably have good axles, too. I did this trick at your park wayyy back when in the back there was that micro with a wall/wall ride about 3.5-4 feet from the ramp. Did the same thing you did if I remember right. I loved the street spine there in the early 2000s. I liked it better than the 6 or 7 foot that was at the old old Little Devil warehouse. That on didn’t have coping and I love street spines with coping. I learned a bunch of variations on that spine in Lakewood. I’d come every weekend. It was only a hour and a few minutes from the Philly burbs and your parents let me in free because I was on the Resist team. We had the first video premiere party at your park in like Dec. of 2000. I have alot of great memories from that place and I am going to start riding again at 40. My entire body hurts, but it didn’t when I rode every day, so I’ll give it a go. Luckily I still have some connections in the BMXosphere 😆 and I’ll be getting a used complete any day. Shout out to my boy and favorite rider (because we rode so different) Luke Schudlick was the first to fufanu that micro onto the wall I “spoke” of earlier. So crazy and this was like 2001. R.I.P Luke and also Slow Joe. Both super talented riders that could have a session with a few curbs and a pebble. On the way to your park on rt.9, there’s that crazy roof to rail. Wiz got that done in the early 2000s on the way home from your park.
