I actually agree with you. Waiting on your next one when you wear a plunger on your head, don’t disappoint.
Classic rant. Aged beautifully
If you’re driving something that can’t reach the speed limit, you deserve to get hit, simple as that.
Nah, man.. come to Europe for a bit. Stay in Denmark or the Netherlands for a month, and tell me that a car-centered society like the US is honestly preferable for the average citizen. Watch the channel “Not Just Bikes” if you want to learn how to construct infrastructure that serves everyone, not just car-owners.
The fact that they’re only riding 15 lbs of aluminum is exactly why they have more right to the road. You’re in a fucking death machine with air conditioning calm tf down and accept that you’re gonna lose a few moments on your commute. Anyways go shove a banana up hour backhole
I’m an avid cyclist and I fully agree. It’s just not safe. Separate bike paths are definitely the way to go in an ideal world.
Where I’m from, cyclists are obligated to be on the road, not the pavement.
Cyclists have as much right to be on the road as much as drivers because there isn’t the same amount of pedestrian and Cyclist friendly areas as there is roads for automobiles. The government has also already established that driving is a privilege not a right. Most vehicle related court cases involving a pedestrian or Cyclist often favor the pedestrians because when you’re driving you’re completely responsible for that two ton machine. Sorry this was long winded but being anti Cyclist is very classist because for some people that’s the best they can get. Not everyone can afford a car TJ.
TJ I usually agree with you on a lot of things but this is where I’m going to have to disagree with this one cyclist may not have to follow all the rules in traffic they, however, are usually going a lot safer than a lot of cars are. Also, horses are allowed in some streets golf carts go karts are also allowed in the streets as well as long as they’re driving the proper speed limit.
We don’t let horses on the road?
Respect their cycling gender
We also have cars and drive, pay taxes, registration, fees, etc. That alone pays for the right to ride my bike on a road when there’s no lane or bike path. I don’t like being on the road as much as you don’t like us there. And if the “you guys don’t pay registration!” comes up, it’s because bicycles don’t have engines that add to pollution nor do bicycles damage roads. Whats the actual problem though? Is it the inconvenience of waiting a few seconds to pass one of us safely? When I’m in my car I have to do the same thing. Doesn’t make me upset. I will admit though, there are some dick cyclist that run lights and stay in the way on purpose. There are also dick drivers. This should not be a them versus us situation. Majority of cyclists are also drivers. And saying drivers have the right because they’re bigger is the same as saying a man has a right to your girlfriend because he’s bigger than you. It’s idiotic. And the fact that this little issue made you make a kiddie voice is incredible. There’s much worse things to be this upset about.
Finally I agree with you about something. I hate those pompous, wannabe athletes with their gay skin tight clothes that clog the road
Ah there’s my fix of american stupidity for the day.
I’m so glad I live in a part of the world where people are rational and care about each other.
As someone who recently got his permit in August I also find them annoying.
More of this please
I think bikes do have the right to be on the road actually. At least where I live lol some places let them on the sidewalk, others don’t. They should at least respect cars and ride as close to the side as possible.
most cyclists are required by law to be in the road
If your lawnmower is able to keep up with the speed limit. Then by all means welcome aboard this pothole covered road full of drunk drivers, and idiots who take stop signs as suggestions.
Oh it’s a looping complaint
