Why would you bleed the brakes then assemble them. That’s just sillyness… you will 100% introduce air connecting the lines to the levers then just bleed them again.

Don’t confuse modulation with less braking power 😊
Went from Shimano zee (4 years old) with blown out discs on a downhill rig, to brand new Code R brakes on a lighter Enduro bike, they don’t have more modulation, they simply brake less 🤣
Came down after a park day feeling my forearms way weaker than usual, i was holding the bar with full strenght, i see how it could help not locking up the wheels, but it’s not a great brake when you start demanding a little more

Stop recommending these brake please
All new bikes have them on simply because they’re cheaper, and can feel kinda good if you don’t push them
I only heard good things about Code RSC
