Haha, my biggest problem is that I cant stop, once im on bike, even If I havent ride for half a year bcuz of work, I would always do not less than 60 km ;s I would feel the soreness in bum, little pain in legs but also a little burning sensation that actually keeps me motivated and moving ;D
And next day, cant even sit on bike, cuz of pain, but, 30 minutes in and pain is gone. Cycling another 60 😀
Is it okey? Or is it harmless for my body? To be honest, after those rides, I can’t feel better mentally and physically, so im not thinking about THAT much. 😀 I have felt braking the wall, pushing my bike 5km to home, because of dizziness and sick feeling, but it would happen so rare and almost only in cases when I havent eaten enough or had enough sleep.
Is there people like me? Once theyre on, hard to get off.. 😁 even of all the warnings your body is giving.

my seat adjustment goes on and off throu my day 😀 if i fully extend my leg, my back says no no , and if i turn it lower so i feel better, my knees say no no 😀 so when one starts to hurt, i switch to other one
I knew instinctively about leg extention when adjusting the saddle. It just felt better.
IDK why I watching this I didn’t even have bike at all
