New follower. Another d850 user looking forward to more videos
Hi Courtney, Greetings from North Dakota, USA! I got a Z9 last year and have enjoyed it. Have you tried it? I haven’t taken any wildlife shots really to mention yet, mosty basketball, but I really enjoy the colors of the photos straight out of camera. I bet the Z9 would be great in this cold climate.
I have the very same 70 – 200 it is a beast, but worth the effort, images! you can feel the ice, your still pulling out the brilliant shots. Must be so exciting to be there.
You need a 70-200 in your bag. I absolutely love my 70-200.
hallo..i like you video….from malaysia..
What a lovely set of videos from this special trip. Well done Courtney. A pleasure to watch. 😀

Courtney, you got some brilliant shots and you’re absolutely right about putting expectations aside under such circumstances – nature is dominant and will deliver what it will: very much the luck of the draw. Perhaps you will get another chance to do the same thing on another Antarctic cruise – if so, would you go?
Well, if the coffee didn’t wake you up I bet the polar plunge did!🤣
I’m so proud of you for taking that trip. Antarctica and South Georgia have been a dream of mine for a long, long time. I would never have been able to jump into the water as you did because I don’t swim. Congrats on getting a tough bucket-list item done while you’re still young. 🙂
Beautiful images..what a fantastic experience…would recommend the 70mm200mm f2.8 it’s a fantastic lens pin sharp and worth the money and that bit of extra weight in your bag …I us this lens on my d850 and love it ….
What great adventure!!! And your images are really beautiful. I love the penguin photos. Fantastic!
I finally received my Nikon70/200 vr2 lens, Best lens Ive ever shot with
Great video, you did so well on the trip. That super windy day was something else. The wind caught me at one point, and threw me into the rail…thankfully I didn’t go overboard!
Brilliant photos 😊 a polar plunge no away especially when there is warm boat
Another fantastic vlog into your personal experience in Antarctica. I also follow Greg Snell, and i did se you pop up in one of his B roles. The journey and experience i imagine was exhilarating!
Some fantastic images… make sure they make it to the print shop👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We all must thank mpb to support you.
What a great video.
What an amazing adventure!
Awesome Vlog. I realize I’m definitely not physically fit enough for a trip like this, so I really enjoyed it they your experience. My favorite photo was the 1st one you took on top of that mountain/hill with the tripod. It looked so swirly and dreamy. Not your typical landscape.
Amazing location⁉️That’s an understatement you lucky duck✌️🌻🇦🇺
