This is just awesome. Love seeing your perspective of the trip Courtney!! Sad to see it end but great storytelling over 2 vlogs.
p.s. I sold my GH5 and two M4/3 lenses through MPB here in Europe. It’s a good service for sure.
Amazing video, your are officially crazy jumping in the Antarctic!! Nice orca images. Been out with them 3 times off Vancouver Island on boats a little bigger than zodiacs and on one occasion had 2 bulls swim directly under the boat. The at was an experience.
Your videos remain interesting of course, but i think it’s a pity that you have now become of a kind of advertising column.
So badass! Because i know how cold it can be as a resque diver! You rock!
Polar plunge pure bravery thank you for taking US on a spectacular journey
Absolutely wonderful!!! 🥰No I would not do the plunge!
Great job great PICS!!!!! Congratulations.
You obviously enjoyed this… What a wonderful quick walk through video of your experience… Watched some of your contemporaries experiences (remain nameless from the United Kingdom)…Your video nailed it!!!! Polar plunge and all!!! So… some of us (me right) have to ask… when you going back with the knowledge you gained from this one? 😉 just joking of course… but maybe not really! 5 thumbs up!!!!
A most excellent trip and adventure. The D850 seemed to do just fine in those conditions; I tend to worry about that sort of thing. I am hearing a lot of good things about MPB, and will check them out in the near future. Not likely I will make it to Antarctica, so I enjoy even more you sharing your time there. Thank you, and cheers.
Beautifully done videography mixed with amazing stills. You really portrayed the experience of being there. Thanks!
We just got back from Antarctica too. We got lucky and missed all bad weather. I see you had more snow around you. Looks amazing. Missing Antarctica.
Absolutely beautiful, interesting and great experience you have had Courtney.
Thanks for sharing your experiences… live, enjoy and keep sharing your great videos.
Nice trip, but too heavy? What about M43 system
Absolutely well done Courtney. More great shots once again, considering how wet and cold you must of been they are beautiful, Got to tell you though, not a Penguins chance in Antarctica would I of taken that plunge. Safe journey home…👍🐧🐧🐧
Great photos (again). I would like to get especially this first one and put it on my Wall. Greetings!
Wonderful vlog and super images, well done on jumping in the freezing water, so amazing!!
Once the wildlife photography bug gets you, it’s hard to resist! 🙂
Looks like a wonderful adventure, despite the elements! You were also in great company with BRendan VanSon & Greg Snell, I’ve been following their channels for some years now and they are great at what they do. I hope that you enjoyed the experience with them.
As a person whose life long ambition has been to go there, my jealousy levels are off the scale! I’m just glad that you’ve managed to bring a personal touch to your video, so much better than watching someone on tv going there. Watching your video is almost as good as experiencing it first hand, but at least I’m warm. You are so brave, that plunge, I think if it had been me, I would’ve jumped in and then vanished forever. All of this with your lovely tones accompanying the video. Thank you so much for your channel, it’s one of the highlights of my day whenever you post.
Beautiful images, Courtney. Great video too. Thanks for sharing!
