A few years ago I also got a problem with 2 parts in new pc. Mobo had problem with ddr socket and psu turned off when more power was needed. It was hard to diagnose it wihout spare parts
hey i’m thinking on getting my first prebuilt gaming pc and i was wondering if it looks good because i don’t have much knowledge on pc shopping
Maybe they did the upgrades without an anti-static wrist strap and fried it?
I had the EXACT same thing. Doing some upgrades and no display. Same issue my RAM and motherboard were broken but the CPU and GPU were fine
Bios update?
The worst was a motorcycle. It had a burned out electric component. It caused another failure. Without skills, you were buying new parts and causing other failures.
Bro I have the Same keyboard
Its bios issue, I just asked my friend for processor with integrated graphics then it boot it up. I went to bios and reseted it manually. Then I just connected back the gpu and cpu. All worked 😊
Is that massive heatsink safe?
Mine was the ram problem
When I built mine, I got really scared because it wouldn’t display things on my screen. So I unplugged my mousepad lights and it started displaying. Sometimes usb do weird stuff
_swinging pc around like a madman_
GPU sag: ↘️↗️⬅️↘️↗️🔁🔀↕️↕️↗️↘️
i can’t believe how bad y’all are at messing around with computers. i can’t even call it building
Probably just needed a firmware update to use the CPU and RAM.
had the same issue found that a BIOS reset fixed it lmao
I built a pc and I had the same issue it turned out to be the pcu cables were in the wrong place
I swear I have that same monitor
When checking if RAM is faulty you should only use 1 single stick since one of both could be faulty or one of both ports etc
If it’s AMD, over tightening the cpu cooler will look like bad RAM or MOBO. It kills certain connections to the RAM, you could maybe get it to post in single channel if you tried.
I had the same issue
