Its not broken pump, its called inccorect wrong iao install which broke iao and probably cpu also. What do you expect air bubbles inside, as you placed iao in wrong way, i would not buy pc from you as you have zero idea about pc. Placing aio in way what ai bubbles went to cpu

Air got inside of the pump, you could replace the pump or just take it a lot to get the air out, it takes a few minutes but you’ll get the air out of the pump

Reason it is broken is because all the air inside the aio goes to the pump destroying it the way to fix it is by buying a new aio and putting the rad pipes above the pump so the air will travel there instead

That AIO is set up SO wrong. The radiator needs to be flipped. It’s likely there’s an air build up in the AIO CPU base because there’s no direction for any potential air on that side to escape to since the pump flows downstairs not upwards. With them having had it for 2 years that’s 99% likely an issue.

Honestly I don’t use water cooling it looks cool yeah but heat sinks work just as good and have less points of failure I would never use liquid cooling unless I was doing light overclocking.
