The radiator should be flipped to where the tube are at the top to prevent bubbles which could kill the pump. There is a whole issue of how the radiator is installed to have make sure it has a long lifespan.

Moral of the story: dont buy pre-builts, unless you can confidently build a computer and understand how to fix these problems yourself you’ll be paying these crooks almost the cost of your pc everytime something simple breaks

Man check the radiator it’s in the wrong position. You’re building PC’s for a long time and didn’t know that the radiator pipes should be up not down

Pump was above, the flow was going downwards.. if a water bottle is not filled to brim, air bubble stays at top. Similarly.. here pump gets is just air instead of coolant? May be just wrong installation? Just flip radiator and give it a go.

Logentivity with pumps in that orientation isn’t really good. The problem is most likely not enough coolant since it evaporates maybe try filling it up if you can
