Field also got upgraded to 6% base crit, and it also hits single target every .5 seconds instead of .6 seconds.

I was super excited for Lightning Conduit after seeing it, theory crafted a bunch of builds, settled on Trickster, began to doubt whether it would be a good league start, and finally after seeing they buffed it even more I am reinvigorated to give it a go. Might be a wonky league start but YOLO LETS GO!

Galvanic field also got an increase in (mostly) single target hit rate, going from 0.6 to 0.5 resulting in another 20% more damage in addition to the rest of the changes.

Lightning Conduit was originally 5% base crit, but is now 6%.

Both got a big reduction in mana cost as well.

Always super annoyed when people say things like “kills the skill” or “that skill is dead” or “that skill isn’t viable”. Pretty much any skill is viable, and you can play any skill you like to whatever level you like. If flame dash totems can kill uber bosses, then the problem is not with the skill.
