stabilizer on video? super cool, i was not spec that, they said KP gonna have it in a firmware, that never came tho, glad to have it, it has video out put clean and no crop at 4k right? amazing video dude 🙂

Thank you. Is it really a 1.05x viewfinder? I hope it’s comparable to a full format DSLR.
Also like the new menu.
If it is has comparable timings to my Nikons – (Instant ON to REVIEW time), I’m interested.
This is one of the annoyances with my K-5. I have to wait quite a while before my shots are displayed.

My limited series lenses loved this video!

For start, I prefer a longer product cycle than annual trivial updates.

Hope this turns to be as good as it looks.
Love so many details, the viewfinder, fixed LCD, large dials, etc.

The K5/K-5IIs were the best cameras Pentax ever made. I have had them all since the K20D and still go back to them, even prefer them to my K1. Nice to see a worthy successor.

Albert: You’re Serious, the MovieSR is gone and IBIS is Back in Video ???
Even without the tilty screen, if the HDMI does cleanfeed on top of IBIS, you’ve just given me a reason to add a K-3iii to my kit.
Any info on what the data rate is in HD and 4K ?

Wow, i just love this camera. I know that a fix screen can be frustrating for many people and i would also love to see an articulated one, but this hand-on makes me courious and excited about the performance of this camera, expecially in videos where Pentax is too much behind competitors. The ibis in video looks amazing, wich lens where you using for the test?

Could you get any feel at all for what the dynamic range was like in the video mode? That was an major issue in the K3 I and II as compared to the K5, which was good for its time.
