I sooooo enjoy your reviews. Please don’t change a goddamned thing about you. There are other bag reviewers (I assume they’re the boring-as-jr-high-remedial-math-class type). They fixed the zipper pulls! I was looking into buying this bag for my birthday and watched this video to get a better understanding of the bag.
First thing is that they did in fact replace the pulls with their more standard osprey loop pulls and released a few new colors. (I went with the grey) Love the bag and thank you for the content.
