What do you guys think. Is the D7500 enough to keep DSLRs alive or is it already time for the mirrorless takeover???

you forgot to mention that you cant change aperture while recording .
4K with crop? 😀 lol. Stupid Nikon if some1 asks in a few years from now why they went out of the business. Thats why.
Beautiful intro!
“Powerful But Not Perfect”…..there is no such thing as a perfect camera!!!!
Just bought it to use exclusively with my Nikon 200-500mm super telephoto lens, focusing is super accurate and 3D tracking doing great job for action shooting. Ergonomically the D7500 is way better and much more comfortable than D7200, Snapbridge is fast enough for cell phone transfer and connection is secure and consistent despite complains over Snapbridge. I think Nikon improved it vastly on D7500 and the D850.
What lens did you use for the Lion King show stills?
Why that Canon 70-200 doing there? 😂
Hello Dan, thanks for the review. Just curious if you have tried the D7500 with any of the AF-P lenses at all and also if you shot any 1080P video using the built in video stabilization? Thanks.
Man, I thought I knew what I wanted, I ordered the D7200, to take over for my D5200. Thou I’m still looking up reviews and opinions. I think I might change my mind and go with the D7500. although I like the idea of a grip and dual card slots….I don’t do video so the 4K is of no interest to me. …I’d probably be just as happy with either one of them. I do mostly outdoor and some wildlife, and most DSLR’s will take a decent portrait. Any thoughts on what I should get? Keeping in mind that there is almost a $400 price difference between the two up here in the cold white north of Canada.
I love this camera. First DSLR, best for me.
Too many negatives. I went with the D500.
At this price point you may as well just save up more and get the D500, or just get the D7200 for less. It would be a viable option if it is like $300 cheaper.
wow dan haven’t seen your channel for a long time, back in the days with your floppy disk PC as a background lol, i must say your content quality have much improved
Bought this camera last month and never regretted it 🙂
The lenses… Lol… Nice video but don’t try to show quality images with that lenses…
Long live D7100
