One consideration: The D7100 and D7200 suck for sports photography. The D7500 with it’s massive buffer, D500 focusing system and sensor, is a better fit for amateur sports photographers. The lack of a second card slot doesn’t mean a whole lot to me. The only real concern I have is the lack of AI indexing ….
So.. Would the D7500 be a good beginner camera?
Im kinda torn between Canon 80D and this one.. I have never used a DSLR before, but i really want to give it a try!
I travel alot in the big cities of Europe, and in my sparetime on the weekdays, im always outside.. So a camera that would be good for street photografy, nature (mostly bugs and animals) and on a longer sight then macro, what would work best for me?
Depends on what your purpose is. If you’re like me, and have no intention of going “pro”, or doing weddings or super fast moving subjects..the D7500 is a no brainer. The D500 for us, is overkill at nearly twice the price, just unnecessary. But for the casual enthusiast or “prosumer”, it’s extremely attractive, which Is why I bought one. Got a great deal too..two standard kit lenses, mem card etc, 1199.00 out the door. A step up from my loved D5600, and the most camera I’ll ever need.
I want buy d 7500 for wedding photography should I …?
Because my budget is 1 lack only plzz reap me
I think it’s 680 bucks cheaper …you can buy a single BIG SD CARD …you don’t need two slots …that is seriously a whinge fest.680 saving .,,wow you can buy two nice lenses and a bag and still take pics as good as the D500.
I am seriously considering this camera but the comments below have me mixed up. I currently jumped right back into photography seriously after a brief hiatus and picked up my old ass D90. Will i notice massive changes in the technology if I go with the 7500 that fits my budget perfectly or should I wait and save for something higher end?
I own this camera for $800 and it’s excellent! I don’t understand why the camera is still getting hated on today for the current price.
I wanted to buy one D7500 today, but the salesman said that it is not a good solution for me and I should wait for a better models and look into mirrorless camera, even I already have Nikon lenses, because even SONY’s cameras will work with them.
Slim shady lol
