Canon 80d or Nikon d7500?
Help me please
You know what’s really odd, shooting manual video and the red focus box remains on the LCD screen. It’s baffling, why would you want that, while recording. it’s always present in the LCD viewer or field monitor and it’s distracting. You already did the manual focus so the red box is not necessary while recording. Even if you turn AF off in the menu, set the lens at manual, that red square focus square remains in video recording.
Hello. My question is.
Can we see exposure preview in viewfinder and live view before click in nikon d7500.? Plz reply.. Thanks
Damn! That left ear mono sound tho 😛
Sir should i go with canon 80d or nikon d7500
If videography is not a major issue??
which is the best camera for portraits
The problem with this camera, unless I’m incorrect, you cannot turn off the red focus box and this is especially annoying when shooting video with a field monitor. I’m speaking in terms of all manual settings. You want a clean view on a field monitor but the red box remains.
I recently retired and love taking pictures and purchased this camera, but don`t know anything about this camera except what I`m learning from videos on youtube. You did not say how to set this camera for high-speed shooting. I really need to find a video to show me how to set it completely. My thing is that I don`t want to run fro vid to vid and get a lot of info that`s different from others and end up being overly confused by so many different versions.
I own D7500, and its a top quality camera. Takes superb shots with great colors and contrast. It is much better then D7200 in-terms of IQ, speed and processing. The touch articulating screen is a wonderful addition. The ergonomics and weight of this camera is iMO better then D7200. In lot of ways, its more of a D500. I am absolutely enjoying this gem
Thank you for a great video, I just sold my D7200 because of what I found as poor auto focus c at view finder mode. I’m not into video and more for stills. I didn’t get the difference in auto focus between live mode and view finder mode. are these modes as horrible in both settings? is the 7500 an upgrade to the 7200? I don’t mind the single slot sd. I shot that way since my d40 and never had an issue.
in liveview I don’t use C-AF. I use AF-S, step down to F8, prefocus, then film. If the depth of the object substantially changes I will half press the shutter button or tap the screen. This keeps the wobble AF to a minimum and makes the videos usable.
is my headphone broken or you speak on my left ear!
Can you help me I am not able to move the Focus square on the live view screen whenever I touch the screen at different sports it doesn’t Focus there it’s just stuck in the same spot.
I agree its definitely an upgrade to the 7200 with the new sensor and 4 k video.
I cant take any photos using the live view with D7500. The square is always red, the shutter does not release and the auto focus just does not work. Nothing focusses automatically. Not happy at all. Using the view finder the camera works fine.
https://youtu.be/eStiq3NT3Pc?t=116 For me: No autofocus activity at all
Live view with D7500 is CRAP.
Tried to take a pic of a mushroom, using live view. Crappy live view in autofocus ALWAYS focuses on the background.
I have my D7500, trying to capture the moon with the clouds all arounds at night, never can get the clouds arounds, I keep getting the moon only? What Settings would you recommend? Also with Manuals or Auto focus? Thanks
Very good demo regarding the AF system, which is what I had the most questions about. I can do without a second SD card slot, but the somewhat quirky AF of the 7500 seems to diminish the benefits of a movable screen, increased FPS, and improved metering. With the current difference (D7200 @ $696.95 v. D7500 @ 1146.95) in price it makes more sense – to me to either get a new D7200, or wait until Nikon releases the D7500’s successor.
i’m proud owner of this amazing gear
