Great camera, but for me it’s a shame that it can’t have a battery grip, has one sd slot and it’s made of plastic like D5XXX and D3XXX (no more magnesium alloy here)… 🙁 Still thinking D7200 is a way better!

This is best camera for videos than its competitors, it has 4k recording and only closest competitor is sony a6500 but sony has poor battery life and very few native lenses.

Thank you for this video. I own the D7200 and I am very satisfied. I was ready to resell it to acquire the D7500 until I found that Nikon had had this completely stupid and incomprehensible idea of removing a slot for the second SDcard. Result: I will not separate from the D7200 and Nikon lost an opportunity to sell a box. I know many photographer in my case!

Innovation has gone out the door at Nikon. This is the new course financially strapped Nikon has charted. They now try to convince us dumbed down less capable cameras are the way to go. Less card slots, less MP, plastic body and less eye relief compared with the D7200. Throw in the fact that the “new” D7500 is using the old sensor from the D500 and charging hundreds more than the D7200 the choice is clear. Don’t buy!
