Thankyou for such a great tutorial! I took so many notes and have learned so much already! However now that I have changed the settings as the ones showed in the video, every time I take a photo and go back to see what the image looks like all I get is a black image? How do I fix this?

ISO is applied gain to the sensor, not exposure control. True exposure is at base ISO, and everything else is amplification/gain.

What an awesome video detailed and precise I must have listened to this thing 3 times today while driving for work there are only 2 pros and cons to this video the pro is my blood pressure dropped listening to your voice the con is I almost fell asleep behind the wheel! Haha good job I enjoyed it
