I have a Nikon D5100 and want to upgrade to D7xxx series. Challenge for me is to decide between D7200 & D7500. Can you help me here?

FYI, I am getting D7500 with 18-140 mm lens for 969 Euros whereas D7200 with same lens for 1170 Euros (Yes D7200 price is higher than D7500). So please suggest as I don’t want to upgrade for next 6-7 years atleast.

Thanks for a very interesting and detailed review of this camera. Boy, you seem to get a lot of bang for your buck on this one. I mainly shoot video, but I’m getting a hankering to get back to still photography too. This would do both in one camera and a lot smaller than my video cameras I have now. Marc T.

Thank you for your great review. I have learned a lot from it. I am looking for a good camera for bird photography and know that D500 is the best for the job. But, it is too expensive for me and I am thinking about either D7200 or D7500. What’s your suggestion?

I have a question about iso numbers showing in red, why do they go red on your video it happens a couple times first time I notice is at 6.48. what is it indicating being red instead of white. under/over exposure or something entirely different looking forward to your explanation.

Is the D7500 still a good camera for (advanced) landscape photography and (beginner) 4k video? I film only a single scene (mostly streams or in a forest with Zoom audio recording) for about 30 minutes on a tripod. But photography is most important … also price and weight 🙂 Alternatives could be Nikon Z50 or Panasonic G9 – but not really sure if the 4/3 sensor is good enough for landscape photography. Someone a recommendation? thanks!

How to use Nikon D7500 for Rule of Thirds because there is no full length Gridline and make no inetersection point. I am confused and not able to take good photos following Rule of Thirds. please guide. Thanks

Wow. A lot has changed since my main photo camera was a film camera. I also drive a Jeep Wrangler with zip up windows. I’m not sure which I like better.
