Liz, a while ago you showed a nativity/Bethlehem done on black with white thread. Do you remember where the pattern came from and how hard is it to work on black?
Deb, love Olga’s stocking with the different stitching. I’m working on that one now. Can’t wait to get this one done. Liz, fyi a group of owls is a parliament. Yours are adorable. 🍂🌻🍁
Wow Liz, thanks so much for pulling the older magazine patterns, I love it when you pull from the past as I am a stitcher of the 80s and 90s all the way to the present. You are such a great presenter as well.
Deb, your stocking is just amazing! As are all your stitching beauties!
I am the exact same as you two about getting a blanket stitch going! I laughed, cuz it takes me several tries to get it going and then I’m good to go!
Thanks for your time making your videos for us….so inspiring!
Lots of lovely Autumn designs. I especially love the extra ideas with bead work etc. Schools are just starting back in the UK this week so really feels like autumn. Especially as the weather is cooling in first thing in the mornings and in the evenings. Hope you both have a good time crafting etc until next time. Many thanks for the video as always. 🙂
Thanks for another great video. I learned so much watching them. You are both so inspiring! We are heading into Spring here in NZ but I love seeing all your Fall patterns. Loved the antique stove too. Did it work or is it just for decor? Thanks again. 😊
Love all the fall patterns. I have a question, are all of the specialty stitches that Deb does, are they needle point stitches? I would like to get a reference book with specialty stitches. I am kind of out of the norm, but I started cross stitching in the late 80’s and all of the charts I could find at my local Jo-Ann’s where back stitched, and I loved that part when the picture came alive! I have tried to find a reference book but have not been successful. Can you help?
another fun video girls Thank you for all your stitchy inspiration!! Deb , I have two 1800’s stoves in my kitchen one we used all the time n love it! so excited too see you have one too! let us know when you get yours! What was the needle you mention that the floss doesn’t get spurs ??? I’m having a heck of a time with those pesky floss/spurs {not fun} … happy fall to come!
Our martin house holds a mix of sparrows and purple martins. We need a HOA to keep those sparrows out. HA
Just got a project back from finisher, my Olivia Ochreleigh by Silver Creek Samplers, as a pillow. It is spectacular and perfect for fall!
I stitch while listening to flosstube and you’re my favorites! Thank you.
Thank you for another great video enjoyed seeing all your beautiful 🤩 fall projects. Have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Deb, may I come play in your craft room please? Great Fall suggestions! If I were to use the pheasant I’d make sure it was under glass. Way too beautiful to ruin. Thanks for another awesome video!
Deb, your creativity is amazing! Liz, I love your stories
Oh, that acorn and stocking are Stunning
I have been out of the loop for a while. What is this about going to Pittsburgh often? My only child lives in Wexford. She loves Pittsburgh. She says she will never move back to Georgia.
Liz…you are looking fabulous!!!! ❤️
So many beautiful samplers. Where would you reckon would be a good place for someone looking to try their first sampler?
Hi ladies! New subscriber here. Just found you a couple weeks ago and have been binge watching. Loving the projects you share and since I an a newer stitcher, I am finding gadget corner very helpful! Thank you so much!
I’ve done blanket stitch so many times and can Never remember how to start it. It’s a funny stitch. Thank goodness for YouTube videos. I keep certain stitched pieces out all year round for my enjoyment. Liz that acorn is precious! Thanks ladies for another great flosstube.
Lovely stitching!
What a nice visit. Thanks ladies. I’ve been sitting here stitching a little chart I got at Yellowstone this summer. Just a tiny remembrance of the trip. But since it’s got an alphabet around it, I’m going to have it say “Yellowstone Nat. Park 2022.” I love to do that to commemorate trips. My favorite was after our trip to Prince Edwards Island, I stitched Anne of Green Gables by JBW Designs. Love it!
