Well your previous run times are actually more on par with what I can achieve because I’m strictly mobile at this time. I’m also glad to keep this in mind when watching other CC’s videos. I subscribe to Tyrauku so it’s good information.

Thought the unlimited frame setting was common knowledge. Makes a big difference as you now know. It’s a topic that people in our clan have talked about from time to time as new players join the cluster. There is also a big difference between the PP client and a phone.

I knew it was going to be the frame rate, but I had no idea it would shave anything close to that off it. I run 60fps to keep the power usage of my PC down. With unlimited, I save a few minutes on a clan boss run, but on dungeons? I never even considered it.

Thanks for the investigation! My cpu tends to get hot when set to unlimited fps (85c+), so I am a bit fearful to have this going too long. I am use a ryzen2600x/gtx2060.

I watch content creators like Hellhades, Chosen, Scratch, Ash, Deadwood J, MacChan & you. And what I gathered from a long time ago is frame rates matter big time when it comes to run speeds. Deadwood J held a competition between content creators recently and they had to limit every player to a fixed frame rate so the run speeds are fair from system to system. I can’t imagine why anyone would use a low frame rate, other than faster artifact upgrading before the instant QOL upgrade, or if the PC is an old one and struggles to keep up with the graphics demand.

I can’t remember whos video i saw when I started playing 6 months ago but this was one of the tips and tricks on the list so I unfortunly won’t save anytime on this, maby i xan gain some time by lowering grafic settings im gonna try it if its anything like other games i should gain a few more fps and maby save a few seconds i might comeback and update this post when I have tryed it.

it got like this after they improved the graphics. also if your pc is having a hard time keeping up change the graphics to high.

I don’t know anyone else, but when I set it to unlimited frames, my Nvidia RTX2060 graphics card goes craaaazy and GPU usage goes to 99% and the fan gets loud.. 😀
