I would like to know if this 12s ultra has desktop mode? After the only ones to win this desktop option are Black shark devices, so I’d really like to be able to clear this doubt.

It is impressive that the iPhone, having fewer functions on paper, was better than the Xiaomi and I say this without being an Apple fan.

A reality that Xioami fanboys do not accept is that Sony, as well as all brands of sensors and components, simply use Xiaomi as a guinea pig or some disposable prototype to later polish their technology and implement it in better brands.

Sorry but I’m afraid to say there’s something wrong with your xiaomi device. The photos contradict what the sensor is capable of doing by a lot. You either have some bug or some messed up settings in the camera app. I would recommend reseting the device. The 12s ultra has won every single review i have seen in comparison to the iphone 13, except yours

iphone is still the king of video, most of it b’cos of its cpu computing power.
But for most of the still pictures, I doubt it. I’ve seen 12S Ultra samples else where and they rocks. For your samples, even a mid-range shouldn’t be that bad. Are you sure you don’t shake the phone or mess up with the settings?
The nightshot really highlight the difference of a 1inch lens and the poor camera on iphone.

Night and indoor shots is definitely the forte of the Xiaomi, but no denying that day time and closeups/portraits are definitely stronger on the iPhone. Interestingly while the selfie video was better on the iPhone, I found the overall video quality from the rear cameras better on the Xiaomi. Great video!
