I absolutely use carplay availability in determining whether I will purchase a vehicle or not. also idk why its taking so long to develop a car play that you can actually personalize. Right now mine has all the apps I actually use on the second page of my screen. You should be able to toggle each app and be able to move it around as you see fit as well as add/remove icons.

It’s like they are moving towards a potential car but maybe their design and implementation would be too radical if released current day. However, if they slowly introduce car products to the market when they finally do bring their car concept it will seem like a step forward for the market. Tesla currently holds that market-share that Apple would usually sit in so they have to convince the market to swap with better products (software and hardware)

I use mac’s for almost 22y(still using M1) , to me its all shit , you still need rosseta to run stuff (many things are still not UB), Lock Screen notifications ? I never have notification on Lock Screen for everyone to see and Face ID its the worst of all. I can show you many examples why Face ID is shit.
