Its weird how im having the worst week of my life regarding my mental health and Danny talks about it. Im only 17 and so its not possible for me to pay for therapy (and i dont want my parents to know about this).. but i will be okay. Actually it’s pretty common for floor plans/blueprints and other countries to call the “ first floor” the Ground Floor and the “second floor” the first floor. I live in the States but our home is multi leveled so there’s “3 floors” but it doesn’t make sense since the house isn’t big… at all lmao There’s 5 steps per level and there’s 3 sets of steps and it goes like this: the basement (sub level/underground), the ground floor (level with the outside ground, the first level and the second level which are both separated by steps. No attic, which is normal for these home layouts.

So, it make sense why there would be a “Main Floor” and “First Floor” cause there could be a basement, more than one level above the ground floor, and it makes sense why it’s called the ground floor cause it’s leveled with the outside ground so… idk, thought it’s a fun tidbit but I could be wrong, but that’s how our home blueprint was written out in when we bought the home
