Hey Danny just a heads up, better help has really bad reviews and many of the complains is that the therapist has no availability and it’s like talking to an automated message and asking for a refund is a pain in the ass unless you threaten to report them, open path is much better since you actually get a real therapist

the floor thing is regional though, in germany we also call the upstairs floor first floor instead of second floor.
