Edit: like what other Gregs, gotta say BH is total assrot. Your medical data is not safe. Marketing the service like your therapist is your bff that can just chat up at any inconvenience one is not how it works and if it were, that’s not healthy as opposed to learning to work through the issue on your own with tools you’ve learned in therapy. That and that the therapist being at your beck and call, that therapist is still human and needs to disconnect too.

If you’re in need of a specialized therapist like ED recovery, you aren’t going to necessarily get that kind of therapist which does you and the therapist zero good.

Therapists are required to make some sort of contact even if you aren’t needing to talk to them, so when you get random texts like a period or short phrase, that’s them making sure they don’t get penalized for not keeping you in constant communication even if you don’t need it.

That”s just a few things, on top of the common next to fucking impossible to cancel the service because you have a bare minimum of months you have to pay for or else you’re just out the money.
