Most English speaking countries call “upstairs” the first floor. The ground floor is the 0 and the first floor is the 1. Just a reminder not all English speakers are american

In Australia we call the first floor the ground floor, then the second floor the first floor. I think it’s was a British thing.

What’s even weirder is that Lake Champlain is in fact not the Capital of Maine, it’s Augusta.. It’s also not the largest city, It’s Portland by population and Ellsworth by size… also lake Champlain is a lake dividing New Hampshire and Vermont. I have no idea where it got that information from.
