With free mobile games and there adds, depending on the way its coded you can often get around them by either disconnecting the wifi/mobile data to that app/your whole phone OR just close the app and reopen it, depending on how the game saves progress this is quicker and will lose you nothing. Some games hard reset a level doing this but alot dont, its still annoying but its quicker.
