I get the better help hate but also I trust that it has actually been beneficial to Danny if he says so and I have known other people that had a good experience with it as well, so I feel like people need to not blow things out of proportion and know that if thats his experience he’s allowed to share that? There are bad therapists every where, even in person. It’s also not un-normal for people to get one that they don’t click with right away and having to switch. Yeah, it’s not the most helpful for the process but that’s kinda just how things work 🤷‍♀️ Everyone being like “I HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT IT FROM SOMEONE ELSE” makes it look that much worse. I’m sure there are tons of people who have benefited from it but you’re not gonna hear as much from those people.
