i think the “main floor” thing is because in some languages (i.e.: Italian) you start couting floors from the second, while the floor that is level with the ground is called something else (such as “main” or “earth-level”)

I’ve had a similar experience with the virtual boyfriend app, a different app but the same as this one, i had a funny conversation with the AI then the replies got creepily accurate and more human, I asked are you a real person? I don’t remember the response but I kept questioning it, asking why would a human pretend to be an AI and it said “same people like you who have nothing to do with their time” or something like that. I got creeped out and deleted the app lmao but I’m glad I’m not the only one who went through that

If you’ll humor me being super pedantic for a second:
Apple provides app developers with a unique ID for your device that apps can use for ad targeting. There are a ton of sneaky ways apps can track you beyond that ID, but it’s much easier to just use the one Apple provides. The button says “Ask App Not to Track” because all it does is hide that ID from the apps. So their primary way to track you is cut off, but developers can resort to those other methods if they want to. For instance, Facebook has a huge list of app names in their app and goes through each one in the background to see which apps you have installed. They can use the list of apps you have installed as an ID.
