Just for informations sake, the “first floor” thing is regional – in some countries (like england for example) the “first floor” is called the ground floor, and then the numbering starts at the “second floor” (but it starts at one). I’m not sure if that’s what happened with this game, but it could be

in the UK (idk about anywhere else) the bottom floor is called ‘the ground floor’ and the next one up is the first floor and so on! so maybe its not an american evil granny

In many countries, it is main/ground floor and then first floor. Not first floor, then second floor.
So I’m guessing the one’s who made that game just aren’t American

I don’t see the issue with main floor and First floor 😅 we call them the same way in Italy. The First floor to us is not the One on ground level 🤷
