in the uk and some other countries there’s the ground floor (what danny calls the first floor) and the first floor (which is what danny calls the second floor), so that might explain it a bit

I know getting a therapist is not accessible for everyone and better help seems like a good alternative but they’ve had so many negative user experiences, they do more harm than good. Kinda surprised to see Danny sponsered by them as they did a lot of promotion like this before and then all the negative experiences came after which isn’t hard to find when doing some research. I hope we can warn people and not have new people experience the same 🙁

everyone is upset with danny over the “better help” app. although many have had bad experiences danny might have had a gsood experience. am i justifying the app?? no, but i dont believe he quite understood. I hope everyone can think on that. although many have had bad experiences and danny should, most likely, cut out the part of the video with the sponsor, i dont think he had any ill intentions. and if people politley tell him his mistake, he’ll probably remove the sponsor from the video, just dont bombard him!!
